The Revised FINAL Cast List for Scottsville has been published.
There is a mandatory rehearsal tomorrow night at WEAD for all Scottsville cast members. Please see the Scottsville Rehearsal Schedule for more details.
We need to know who is available to drive, and who needs rides to Scottsville. Please sign up by tomorrow evening so that we can make carpooling arrangements. The carpool sign-up sheet is posted on the call board at WEAD.
The Scottsville Rehearsal Schedule for this weekend (December 16-17) has been published. This includes a revised schedule for Saturday’s travel and performance.
The Final Cast List has been removed and will be re-published later in the week with some corrections. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The FINAL cast list for the Scottsville performance which will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2011, has now been posted.
Rehearsal information will be posted on this site as soon as it is available. Please be aware that there is a rehearsal scheduled for this Friday, December 16, for all participating cast members. The rehearsal will run from 6:15 to 7:45pm, with early dismissal for Angels at 7pm. (Look for the official schedule to be posted later this evening.)
Please refer to the Scottsville Show information document for further details on Saturday’s schedule. Please note: Departure times from WEAD will be 15 minutes later than what was originally posted.
Parents and cast members, please sign up on the Carpool Sign-up Sheets which will be posted on the call board at the WEAD studio this week. Dancers, if you need a ride, or parents, if you are willing to offer rides to other dancers, please sign up at the studio by Thursday, so that we can organize carpools Friday evening during rehearsal.
Thank you to all of the parents who have volunteered to help this weekend with the show. The Performance Volunteer List is now available for you to view. Please check this list to find out your volunteer assignment for this weekend.All volunteers should arrive by 12:45pm (except ushers who are to arrive by 1:20pm).The show could not go on without the help of so many wonderful volunteers!
